Role Overview The Senior Director of Sales will be instrumental in driving revenue, expanding the client base, and strengthening long‑term partnerships. This role requires a sales professional with a strong track record of opening enterprise accounts, executing growth strategies, and successfully introducing SaaS products that may not yet have broad market recognition.

Base Pay Range $150,000 – $180,000 per year

Additional Compensation Commission

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement a strategic sales plan to drive revenue growth and net new market expansion.

Identify and engage key decision‑makers at direct brands, creative agencies, and media planning/buying firms.

Build new relationships with enterprise accounts using a consultative, long‑term approach.

Keep a pulse on industry trends, providing insights that help position the company’s offerings effectively.

Meet and exceed quarterly and annual revenue goals, leveraging CRM tools for pipeline management and forecasting.

What We’re Looking For

Experience:

7‑10+ years in sales hunting roles within SaaS, consumer research, advertising, or data analytics.

Track Record:

Demonstrated success in opening net new, large client accounts.

Sales Expertise:

Strong ability to drive sales strategy, negotiate deals, and close high‑value contracts.

Industry Knowledge:

Familiarity with marketing, research, and advertising technology trends.

Tech Savvy:

Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.

Personality:

Self‑motivated, independent, and an excellent communicator who thrives in fast‑paced environments.

Work Setup NYC‑based candidates preferred (hybrid schedule, 3 days in‑office). Fully remote candidates will also be considered.
