Base pay range $80,000.00/yr - $100,000.00/yr
About the Role We seek a full-time
Print Business Development Manager
to drive new business across our full suite of print capabilities, including large‑format graphics, window films, retail signage, POP displays, and campaign assets. This is a pure hunter role focused on identifying, qualifying, and closing new client opportunities across North America. You will combine technical print expertise with commercial drive to deliver creative solutions that meet client needs and company margin targets.
What You'll Do
Generate new business.
Identify and pursue opportunities across all print categories through proactive outreach, networking, trade events, and digital lead generation.
Lead client discovery.
Conduct sessions with clients and agencies to understand campaign objectives, timelines, and budgets.
Develop proposals and presentations.
Create compelling, tailored pitches that address each client's brand and technical requirements.
Advice on print solutions.
Recommend optimal materials, finishing options, and installation methods based on your technical expertise.
Negotiate deals.
Close contracts in line with margin targets and operational feasibility.
Manage pipeline in HubSpot.
Maintain accurate records, forecasts, and weekly updates on leads and conversion progress.
Cross-sell additional services.
Introduce clients to complementary capabilities including signage, illumination, and digital displays.
What We're Looking For
5–8 years of B2B sales experience
in print, large‑format graphics, or visual communications.
Hunter mindset.
Proven track record in new business development and client acquisition.
Technical print knowledge.
Strong understanding of print processes (inkjet, UV, LED), substrates, finishing, and installation.
Commercial acumen.
Confident negotiator with margin awareness and deal‑closing ability.
CRM proficiency.
Hands‑on experience with HubSpot (required), Monday.com, and MS/Google Suite.
Bachelor's degree
in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Excellent English,
written and spoken.
US business experience
and recent experience working US business hours.
Prior remote work experience
with the ability to travel up to 40% for client visits and trade events.
New Client Acquisition (NCA)
– Number and value of new accounts onboarded per quarter.
Margin Achievement
– Average gross margin maintained across closed deals.
Pipeline Conversion Rate
– Percentage of qualified leads converted to revenue.
CRM Accuracy
– 100% of opportunities logged and updated in HubSpot.
Cross-Sell Expansion
– Percentage of POSM clients purchasing from additional Firebolt product categories within 6–12 months.
Forecast Accuracy
– Variance within ±10% of actuals per quarter.
Nice to Have
Experience in BWS or tobacco distribution.
Background in sustainable or LED/UV printing technologies.
