Monitor project risks, resolve issues, and escalate when necessary.

Apply cloud methodologies (Lift & Shift, Re‑platforming, Refactoring) to guide execution.

Basic working knowledge of cloud infrastructure platforms and methodologies (AWS, Azure, or GCP).

At least one of the basic levels of Cloud certifications, such as AWS Solutions Architect – Associate, Azure Administrator – Associate, or GCP Associate Cloud Engineer.

Practical knowledge of Agile/Scrum, Kanban, and Hybrid/Waterfall methodologies, with the ability to tailor approaches to context.

Strong organizational, time management, and problem‑solving skills.

Proficiency with collaboration and productivity tools: MS Office/Google Workspace, JIRA, Confluence, Asana/Trello, Smartsheet, Miro/Figma, Slack/Teams, reporting dashboards.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage directly with clients.

Preferred: Korean language skills to support global team communication (reading/writing/speaking); not required.

Awareness of compliance and security frameworks relevant to IT/cloud (e.g., SOC 2, ISO 27001, HIPAA, PCI‑DSS).

Preferred Qualifications

Hands‑on exposure to cloud environments and projects.
