Job Description American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for an Interventional Radiology role in California requiring a current CA RN license and strong IR procedural skills.
Responsibilities
Work in the Interventional Radiology unit of a hospital environment
Patient population includes all age and developmental stages with a focus on IR, vascular, and neuro stroke procedures
Day shift schedule with five 8-hour shifts from 9:00 to 17:30
Weekend call is required
Epic EMR experience is preferred
Must complete required electronic learning modules during orientation, with hours varying by specialty
Return staff policy requires a one-year gap before rejoining as a traveler
Only one holiday request for time off will be approved during the contract
Candidates must live at least 50 miles from the facility
Candidates must be available to complete lab work within 3-5 days of signing
Scrubs or dress code requirements are not specified in the job details
Requirements
Active CA RN license required at the time of consideration
Current BLS and ACLS certifications from the AHA
Minimum of 3 years' experience as an IR RN
Proficiency in interventional radiology, vascular, and neuro stroke procedures
