Overview
The Engineer Test, Intermediate (TS/SCI) provides critical expertise in planning, executing, and documenting comprehensive testing programs for classified and unclassified PM PNT (Positioning, Navigation, and Timing) products and the platforms they support.
Responsibilities
Ensures rigorous verification and validation of system performance, security, and compatibility across all development phases.
Assist in the development and execution of test programs, plans, and procedures under the guidance of senior personnel.
Gain experience in a broad range of testing disciplines, including cybersecurity, hardware/software component testing, system compatibility, and functional/integration testing.
Execute test procedures, documenting results, and supporting the creation of test documentation such as Test Plans and Test Reports.
Participate in technical program reviews, IPTs, and working groups, contributing to discussions and assisting with data collection.
Assist in drafting basic sections of SOOs, SOWs, and PWSs related to testing.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or related scientific or technical discipline with five (5) years of progressively complex experience in testing of complex mechanical, electromechanical, and electrical/electronic systems.
Four (4) years of military service with five (5) years of progressively complex experience in testing of complex mechanical, electromechanical, and electrical/electronic systems.
Possess a deep understanding of various testing methodologies, including full qualification, field testing, environmental stress screening, EMI/EMC, and TEMPEST.
TS/SCI Clearance.
