Proven experience in Dynamics 365 plugins, workflows, and customizations. Practical knowledge of Azure services – Functions, Web Apps, Logic Apps, Service Bus. Proficiency in SQL Server (T‑SQL, stored procedures, query optimization). Strong problem‑solving skills and ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
