Job Title
Park Ranger Lead (Health & Safety) – Peppa Pig Theme Park – Dallas
Pay Range $19.50/hr – $19.50/hr

Do you have a passion for safety, a love for theme parks, and the leadership skills to guide a team with confidence and care? Then jump in muddy puddles with us (metaphorically… or literally, we won’t judge ) and become our next Park Ranger Lead (Health & Safety)! Our Park Ranger Lead doesn’t just protect the park—they set the tone for safety, joy, and outstanding guest experiences. If you’re proactive, people-focused, and ready to bring big energy to a place full of little guests, this role is for you!
Responsibilities
Keep the magic safe – secure facilities, equipment, and assets
Patrol the park – monitor all areas, support departments, and keep the fun rolling
Master the Lost & Found – help reunite families with their treasured items
Key control – assist with making, tracking, and organizing keys
Monitor CCTV – keep eyes on the park’s security systems
Lead daily checks – ensure opening & closing procedures are complete
Inspect buildings & equipment – help maintain a safe environment for all
Respond to emergencies – calmly and quickly take action when needed
Write detailed reports – for incidents, observations, and investigations
Dispatch & respond to radio calls
Assist with fire safety inspections
Collaborate with local law enforcement & emergency personnel
Deliver amazing guest service – make families feel safe and welcome!
Qualifications & Experience
1+ year of security or law enforcement experience (preferred)
Communicates clearly and calmly under pressure
Leads by example and supports their team
Understands families and children—emotional intelligence
Can de-escalate difficult situations
Comfortable navigating the park by foot, stairs, and outdoor conditions
Has (or can earn) CPR, AED & First Aid certifications
Holds a valid driver’s license and clean driving record
Can work flexible hours—weekends, evenings, even overnights when needed
