Job Description We are seeking a leader for our Varonis implementation team. This role is project‑focused and responsible for guiding a team of specialists in designing and deploying Varonis's Data Security Platform. The ideal candidate has a strong background in data security, DLP, and identity management, with a proven ability to lead complex data‑centric security projects from concept to completion.
Key Responsibilities
Lead a team of specialists responsible for deploying and integrating the Varonis Data Security Platform
Architect and design Varonis solution implementations for data classification, threat detection, and access governance
Oversee a large‑scale deployment project for Data Loss Prevention and data security posture management
Develop implementation playbooks, configuration standards, and architectural designs for the team
Serve as the lead technical consultant for business units on data security, risk, and compliance capabilities
Manage project timelines and technical validation
Drive evaluation and proof‑of‑concept testing for new data security technologies
Qualifications
Demonstrated experience (5+ years) leading complex security projects and engineering teams
Expert‑level skills in designing and deploying the Varonis Data Security Platform
Proven ability to translate business requirements into technical data protection architecture and project plans
High‑level industry certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM) or relevant Varonis certifications
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
Pay Rate Range Min Pay Rate: 60 USD hourly Max Pay Rate: 104 USD hourly
