Population Health Consultant – Insurance Advisory Solutions, Mid‑Atlantic Region

The Population Health Consultant designs and delivers custom wellbeing solutions driven by population health data for clients in the Mid‑Atlantic Region.
Principal Responsibilities
Manage data analytics / population health vendor relationships by setting up new accounts, coordinating special reporting needs, and monitoring account clinical performance.
Design, deliver, and monitor wellness strategies for clients.
Oversee the implementation of wellness programs in conjunction with the Client Manager and report results.
Coordinate the flow of data for clients with on‑site clinics and deliver chronic condition reports.
Analyze, design, and integrate tailored wellness solutions that drive sustainable change and influence individual behavior to support business results for a variety of clients.
Monitor and measure the success of implemented wellness programs.
Implement population health / data analytics solutions to track and report clinical performance and coordinate clinical data integration.
Attend prospect meetings and annual meetings with large existing clients.
Education, Experience, Skills & Abilities Requirements
Advanced degree in business or a health‑related field and 5–10+ years of related experience.
Professional clinical licensure (current, unrestricted RN license; BSN preferred).
Experience in health promotion, including preventive and/or chronic disease management.
Experience in population health risk analysis, managing diverse risk populations, and promoting actionable improvement strategies.
Strong healthcare data knowledge and hands‑on experience with medical claims, clinical, pharmacy, and eligibility data.
Solid understanding of employee benefits/corporate environments.
Exceptional writing and public speaking skills.
Proficient working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Demonstrate sound wellness practices.
Exhibit behavior that aligns with the firm’s core values and corporate culture.
Special Working Conditions
Fast‑paced, multi‑tasking environment.
Works well independently and as part of a team.
25% travel.
Hybrid position from Bethesda, MD or Leesburg, VA.
