What you’ll be doing…

Responding to oral and written COBRA inquiries from participants and employers

Processing COBRA election forms, enrollment forms and payments

Preparing refund paperwork for participants

Who you are…

Organized. Ability to juggle and prioritize workloads, have strong analytical skills

Communicator. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Detailed. Strong attention to detail with excellent problem‑solving skills

Technically Savvy. Basic proficiency in Excel and Word

If hired, you can expect…

Union scale wages, raises every 6 months, starting at $21.38/hr up to $29.32/hr
