Eligibility Clerk – Accounting & Eligibility Team

Responsibilities
Respond to oral and written COBRA inquiries from participants and employers
Process COBRA election forms, enrollment forms, and payments
Prepare refund paperwork for participants
Prepare contracts for digital imaging
Qualifications
Highly organized with the ability to juggle and prioritize workloads; strong analytical skills
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Strong attention to detail with excellent problem‑solving skills
Basic proficiency in Excel and Word; technically savvy
Salary and Benefits
Union‑scale wages, raises every 6 months, starting at $21.38/hr up to $29.32/hr
