is looking for a Senior Associate, Tax Talent Strategy to join our Tax organization.

Responsibilities

Lead and support Tax Talent strategic projects and initiatives, focusing on People Experience, Workforce Evolution, and Culture.

Coordinate with stakeholders to represent the Tax voice and execute continuous listening strategies, including people councils and surveys.

Prepare high‑quality strategic materials – communications, presentations, reports, and white papers – for leaders and stakeholders.

Assist in planning and executing team meetings, workshops, internal conferences, and trainings (strategy, agendas, budget, logistics).

Develop clear and impactful communications and materials to enhance the experience and development of Tax personnel.

Collaborate with key stakeholders to manage Tax Talent Strategy mission, including note‑taking, action tracking, status reports, SharePoint maintenance, and resource development.

Act with integrity, professionalism, and personal responsibility to uphold KPMG’s respectful work environment.

Qualifications

Minimum two years recent experience in Human Resources, Human Capital Advisory, Talent Strategy, Organizational Effectiveness, or Behavioral Science – preferably in a large professional services environment.

Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Strong writing, project planning, and presentation deck creation skills; experience with AI tools is a plus.

Solid facilitation skills, supporting meetings, workshops, and group discussions.

Passionate about enhancing employee experience and open to diverse perspectives.

Self‑directed, learner’s mindset, high emotional intelligence, innovative thinking, and strong organizational skills to manage multiple priorities.

Compensation & Benefits California Salary Range: $71,900 - $143,500.
