Qualifications
Minimum 1 year of experience in Workers’ Compensation Litigation, including depositions, court appearances, trials, and drafting legal motions/trial briefs. Good standing in the California State Bar. Experience in legal research (LexisNexis a plus). Computer skills required to efficiently utilize case management system. Ability to prioritize and organize your own case load, with supervision from managing partner and/or senior attorneys. Ability to drive to and from court appearances, client meetings, etc. in Southern California, as needed. Ability to provide prompt and thorough communication with clients, opposing counsel, and the courts. Work well independently, but also willing and able to collaborate with clients and fellow attorneys to achieve the best results in each case. Strong sense of personal responsibility and commitment to providing excellent legal services. Benefits and Work Arrangement
The firm offers a friendly, collaborative team environment that believes in maintaining a good work‑life balance. This position has the option for remote work 2‑3 days per week, so long as applicants are available and responsive during typical business hours. Salary will be commensurate with experience, with a starting salary range of $100k–$185k, with the potential for more DOE, plus performance‑based bonuses.
