Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and driven Research Scientist specializing in Immunology to join our team. This pivotal role will directly contribute to the discovery and development of novel therapeutics for autoimmune and inflammatory diseases. The successful candidate will be establishing and executing a variety of immunological in vitro and ex vivo assays crucial for target validation and advancing our drug discovery pipeline. Responsibilities
Lead Experimental Design and Execution: design, execute, and analyze complex in vitro and ex vivo experiments to validate critical biological and therapeutic hypotheses as part of a multifunctional team. Documentation and Presentation: document experiments and present research findings. Collaboration and Independence: work effectively as a proactive, collaborative team member while independently managing projects and meeting milestones. Contribute to Technology Innovation: contribute to proposing, evaluating, and implementing cutting-edge experimental approaches and technologies to enhance our drug discovery capabilities. Qualifications
Ph.D. in molecular biology, cell biology, immunology or related fields Strong expertise in in vitro cellular assays and techniques such as immune cell assays (e.g., T cell assays) Strong skills and expertise using multi-color flow cytometry Expertise in organoid culture and CRISPR is highly desirable Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Agility: able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and under tight timelines to ensure high-quality delivery Good organizational skills and ability to multitask
