The Wellbeing and Engagement Vice President (VP) is a key member of our National Health Transformation Team (HTT) within Aon’s Human Capital US practice.
The role is primarily virtual and may be based in one of our offices located in Bloomington, MN; Chicago, IL; Norwalk, CT; Atlanta, GA; Los Angeles, CA; or The Woodlands, TX.
What The Day Will Look Like
Lead and drive client projects focused on wellbeing, caregiving, mental health & EAP, rewards and recognition, and overall health improvement across analytics, strategy, vendor solutions, and program measurement.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external resources to identify product and solution development opportunities that meet client wellbeing needs.
Create scalable, evidence‑based solutions that deliver health and productivity benefits while positively impacting the bottom line.
Develop marketing approaches to showcase our differentiation in the marketplace.
Support thought‑leadership marketing through articles, interviews, white papers, and speaking engagements.
Drive business development and sales efforts to grow client business and secure new logos.
Manage and mentor health transformation team colleagues.
Skills and Experience That Will Lead To Success
Proven ability to lead firm‑wide wellbeing projects and advance client wellbeing strategies.
Proactive, self‑starter with strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
Subject‑matter expert in wellbeing, able to develop materials and educate clients and colleagues on best practices, market trends, and research.
Strong relationship‑building skills to collaborate across business units for integration strategies.
Excellent project management in analytics, strategy, vendor selection, implementation, measurement, and communication.
Leadership experience with both project teams and individual contributors, fostering growth and learning.
Experience developing consulting approaches, building expert teams, and delivering marketable solutions.
Broad understanding of population health for employers.
Strong communication skills.
Required Experience
12+ years of related wellbeing experience.
3+ years consulting experience.
Experience in data analytics and measurement.
Sales or business‑development experience is a plus.
Global wellbeing experience is a plus.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and PowerPoint preferred.
Education
Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred.

Pay Transparency The salary range for this position (intended for U.S. applicants) is $160,000.00 to $195,000.00 annually.
The actual salary will vary based on education, experience, skills, and internal equity.
This position is eligible for Aon’s annual incentive plans and includes discretionary bonus opportunities.
