Production Team Partner – Truck Loader (Non‑CDL)
UniFirst is seeking a reliable and hardworking Production Team Partner to join our UniFirst Family. As a Team Partner in the Production Department, you will help keep our fleet moving by prepping our trucks for delivering products to customers. We work a 5‑day week, enjoy Saturdays and Sundays off, and are looking for a candidate ready for immediate training.

What you’ll be doing
Load garments and additional facility service products onto trucks in preparation for route deliveries
Move delivery trucks within company property once they are loaded with products
Follow all safety policies, HACCP, and medical guidelines
Perform other duties as described by area supervisor or management
Qualifications
High school education and/or GED equivalent preferred
Must be at least 21 years of age or older
Valid driver’s license and safe driving record required
Ability to stand for an 8‑hour shift
Ability to read, write, and communicate clearly with management
Ability to perform basic mathematical operations using American standard units in weight measurement, volume, and distance
Ability to lift and carry up to 75 lbs
