About the Opportunity Fit Franchise Brands is seeking a high-performance, Full-Charge General Manager to lead multiple boutique fitness centers within our organization. This multi-unit operational leadership role is designed for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, service-driven environment where expectations are high, accountability is non-negotiable, and member experience is everything.

Key Responsibilities

Lead, develop, and coach Center Managers and their teams.

Drive sales, retention, and profitability across multiple boutique fitness centers.

Implement systems, standards, and accountability frameworks.

Rebuild culture and improve operational consistency.

Lay the foundation for future multi-unit growth.

Leadership & Team Performance

Lead, coach, and hold accountable multiple Center Managers.

Establish a culture of discipline, follow-through, and strong execution.

Conduct regular in-center visits to observe member interactions, coaching quality, and sales processes.

Implement management rhythms including daily huddles, KPI reviews, and weekly performance meetings.

Sales & Member Growth

Own multi‑unit sales performance and conversion metrics.

Train teams on lead management, tours, trial conversions, and closing.

Manage KPIs daily to ensure sales expectations are met or exceeded.

Optimize member experience to drive long‑term retention and referrals.

Operations & Systems

Ensure consistent execution of the boutique fitness class experience.

Implement checklists, SOPs, accountability systems, and workflow processes.

Identify operational breakdowns and implement corrective actions quickly.

Oversee scheduling, labor management, and cost control to meet profitability targets.

People Development

Set clear performance expectations for managers and staff.

Coach, develop, and evaluate team performance with transparency.

Address underperformance decisively and professionally.

Recruit, hire, and retain strong operational and member experience talent.

Compensation Details

Base Salary: $70,000.

Performance Bonuses: Based on sales, retention, operational KPIs, and profitability.

Potential Compensation: $70,000–$95,000+ annually for top performers.

Experience Requirements

3–5+ years of experience in boutique fitness, fitness, retail, hospitality, or service‑based industries.

Documented track record of improving sales, retention, and team performance.
