Compensation
Base salary: $54,000 – $61,560 (annual) depending on education and experience.
Sign-on bonus: $1,000.
Additional $250 bonus if MAP Certified.
Program Overview Devereux Massachusetts serves students with complex psychological, emotional, and behavioral disorders, including autism spectrum disorder. The East Meadow program serves boys aged 7 to 15 with ASD, ADHD, and cognitive disabilities. With a 1 staff to 3 student ratio, the program offers a high level of individualized care.
The Program Director oversees the day‑to‑day operations of this group home, including program planning, supervision of residential staff, budget management, integration of community‑based experiences for youth, and ensuring delivery of high‑quality therapeutic services.

Job Qualifications
Must be 21 years of age or older.
Must have a valid driver’s license.
Bachelor’s degree in Rehabilitation Counseling or related field preferred.
Minimum of 3 years experience in a residential treatment setting with at least 1 year supervisory experience.
Ability to complete 2‑week orientation training, Monday‑Friday 8 am – 4 pm, in Rutland.
