Role:
Business Development Specialist
In this role, you’ll focus on identifying opportunities, connecting with key decision-makers, and helping grow PACE’s presence in the market. This is a great entry point for someone looking to build a career in sales, business development, or account management.
What You’ll Do:
Research and identify high-potential startups and companies in AI, Robotics, HPC, and Software Engineering
Reach out to founders, executives, and decision-makers to start conversations
Build and maintain a pipeline of prospective clients
Share insights into PACE’s services and solutions in a clear, approachable way
Track market trends and company news to identify opportunities
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in any field
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Motivated to learn about sales and business development
Comfortable with outreach, lead generation, and following up with prospects
Interested in growing into account management or sales leadership
Compensation PACE Offers a base salary plus fully uncapped commission.
On-Target Earnings (OTE):
Year 1: $65,000–$75,000
Year 2: $75,000–$100,000
Year 3: $100,000–$150,000+
Top performers can exceed these targets with uncapped earning potential.
