People Operations and Performance Lead at PACE Engineering

In this role, you’ll focus on identifying top talent, connecting with candidates, and helping PACE’s clients scale their teams. This is a great role for someone looking to build a career in recruiting, talent acquisition, or people operations.
What You’ll Do:
Source, identify, and engage top candidates across AI, Robotics, HPC, and Software Engineering
Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers
Manage the full recruiting lifecycle, from initial outreach to offer and onboarding
Share insights about PACE and our clients in a clear, approachable way
Track market trends and talent movement to identify opportunities
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in any field
Strong communication and relationship‑building skills
Motivated to learn and grow in recruiting and account management
Comfortable with outreach, candidate engagement, and pipeline management
Interested in developing expertise in client‑facing recruitment and team growth
PACE Offers a base salary plus fully uncapped commission.
On-Target Earnings (OTE): Year 1: $65,000–$75,000
Year 2: $75,000–$100,000
Year 3: $100,000–$150,000+
Top performers can exceed these targets with uncapped earning potential.
