Responsibilities
Lead a team to create moments of connection and joy in the store.
Provide hands‑on leadership with a focus on craft, quality, and customer service.
Support growth and development of team members through coaching and development opportunities.
Qualifications
2 years retail / customer service management experience OR 4+ years of US Military service
Strong organizational, interpersonal and problem-solving skills
Entrepreneurial mentality with experience in a sales‑focused environment
Minimum High School or GED
Legal documentation establishing identity and eligibility to work in the country where you apply
Ability to work full time (often in excess of 40 hours per week) including early mornings, evenings, weekends and/ or holidays
