Job Description As a General Manager of Domino’s, you are responsible for the franchise location as a whole. You will oversee day-to-day operations and productivity, build and maintain an enthusiastic staff in compliance with all Domino’s policies and standards, complete all administrative documentation necessary, monitor food and labor cost, and drive business growth.

Receive and Process Customer Orders

Maintain a Clean Restaurant Facility

Comprehend and Give Correct Written Instructions
Professionally Communicate Verbally with Customers and Staff Both In-Person and by Phone
Calculate Basic Math Quickly and Accurately
Accuracy in Money Handling
Rapid, Accurate Hand-Eye Coordination
Basic Computer Knowledge for Order Entry and Administrative Duties as Needed
At least 1 year proven work experience as a General Manager in a restaurant atmosphere
Work Conditions
Exposure to varying and adverse weather when performing outside tasks
In-Store temperatures ranging from 36-90°F
Sudden changes in temperature from work area to outside
Fumes from food odors
Exposure to cornmeal dust
Cramped working quarters in some areas
Hot surfaces/tools up to 500°F or higher
Sharp edges and moving mechanical parts
Senses
Speaking and hearing clearly when communicating with others
Near and mid-range vision for most in-store tasks
Accurate depth perception
Ability to decipher hot and cold surfaces
Temperament
Ability to direct activities
Perform repetitive tasks
Work alone or with others
Work under stress

Physical Requirements
Standing for long periods of time
Walking on various floor types
Sitting (completion of administrative duties and online training)
Lifting packages up to 50 lbs, dimensions up to 3’ by 1.5’ from floor to shelves up to 72” high
Carrying weight up to 30 lbs (moving product from storage to work area)
Climbing (changing signage, washing walls, performing maintenance)
Stooping/bending/crouching/squatting/reaching to access product & prepare food to fulfill orders
Extended use of hands to manipulate dough and use tools necessary to prepare orders
Compensation & Benefits General Manager is a salaried position with earning potential from $48k to $55k. Health benefits after 90 days, PTO and 401K retirement plan after 1 year of service.
