Overview Our Consumer Care Help Network team is looking for a Digital Data Analyst who combines creative and analytical skills, strong communication, and a passion for helping others. The analyst will drive decision-making and set business priorities by gathering, analyzing, and sharing operational data and marketing insights for our online Help Center, chatbots, help videos, and search content.
Responsibilities
Collect, manage, monitor, and analyze key performance metrics to improve business performance. Collaborate with the team to identify opportunities to streamline data processes and develop new procedures that support the business unit.
Monitor and analyze performance metrics to define future product features, and recommend updates and product changes based on identified trends.
Perform root cause analysis of issues or problems, proposing solutions that meet current and future business needs, while ensuring data and analysis quality and accuracy.
Develop and complete ad hoc, weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting deliverables; provide analysis for optimization of website and digital channels; create actionable data stories to share with key stakeholders.
Collaborate with internal teams to share insights and learnings.

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Analytics or a related field.
Experience in digital data analytics or an analytical capacity that links strategy to measurement.
Expertise in data management and visualization tools such as Excel and Tableau, including pivot tables and graphs.
Skilled at analyzing performance of websites, apps, marketing channels, digital campaigns, and content, and evaluating conversion rate optimization strategies.
Proficient in data storytelling, including visualizing data and communicating insights.
Strong attention to detail and quality.
Ability to synthesize and clearly communicate complex findings.
Project management skills and ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
Critical thinking, problem‑solving, and facilitation skills with creativity and adaptability.
Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work with others at all levels.
