1 GW of solar and storage projects
across 25+ states and is backed by top‑tier institutional investors.
This is a
high‑impact, in‑person role
for a finance professional ready to handle complex financings across community solar, BESS, and commercial & industrial portfolios.
Key Responsibilities
Structure and close tax equity and debt transactions for distributed energy assets
Coordinate cross‑functionally with internal teams (development, legal, construction)
Manage external capital provider relationships and drive diligence to close
Build and maintain complex financial models for active and prospective deals
Requirements
3+ years in project finance, structured finance, or investment banking
Strong modeling and deal execution skills, particularly with Tax Equity and Debt financings
Experience with community solar, BESS, or C&I assets
Detail‑oriented, organized, and comfortable in a fast‑paced, lean environment
Bachelor’s Degree
