I am recruiting for an Investments and Structured Finance Analyst to join a top-ranked U.S. commercial rooftop solar developer that is rapidly scaling nationwide. With only about 4 percent of commercial rooftops currently hosting solar, this company is transforming how clean energy is built faster, smarter, and closer to where power is used. The Opportunity
This role sits on a highly established Investments and Structured Finance team that operates at institutional scale without relying on outside investment banks. The analyst will support live project finance, M&A, and capital markets transactions while working closely with leading lenders and tax equity investors. Key Responsibilities
Build and manage complex financial models for solar and storage assets Support project finance including debt, tax equity, and equity, as well as M&A, valuations, and RFP pricing Assist with deal origination, diligence, and transaction execution Prepare investment committee and investor materials Collaborate cross functionally with development, legal, accounting, and operations teams Monitor renewable incentive programs and market trends Ideal Background
BS or BA in finance, accounting, economics, STEM, or another quantitative field Strong financial modeling and cash flow valuation skills Exposure to renewable energy, infrastructure, or project finance preferred Self starter with strong attention to detail and ability to thrive in a fast paced environment Why This Role
