Responsibilities

Performed daily support activities on the DeltaV PCS, including troubleshooting alarms, diagnosing hardware/software faults, and conducting on-site inspections of control system components. Streamlined the Asset Management System (AMS) within DeltaV using predictive intelligence to enhance equipment maintenance, availability, and overall system performance. Participated in the design, integration, implementation, testing, and commissioning of new DeltaV projects, ensuring successful adoption by providing training to operators and engineering teams. Managed the implementation and updates of DeltaV Batch, integrating new modules into the Batch Executive and supporting recipe management workflows. Planned and executed multiple DeltaV system upgrades and migrations, developing detailed strategies and execution plans for multi-version transitions. Supported automation engineers with implementing PCS changes, including parameter updates and minor logic/code revisions. Installed, configured, and maintained DeltaV systems, including virtualization setups and associated hardware. Troubleshooting & Technical Support

Diagnosed and resolved network, hardware, virtual infrastructure, and system performance issues. Set up and troubleshot DeltaV virtualization environments. Performed troubleshooting for PLCs, HMIs, Allen‑Bradley PLC systems, and automated equipment integrated with DeltaV. Documentation, Validation & Compliance

Provided automation engineering and change‑control oversight for CSV activities, including reviewing and executing commissioning and validation protocols and reports. Reviewed customer General Design Specifications (GDS), Detailed Design Specifications (DDS), and Functional Requirement Specifications (FRS) for new pharmaceutical manufacturing systems. Collaborated with customers on panel design, hardware layout, and software configuration reviews, ensuring alignment with project and compliance requirements. Skills & Tools
