Senior Mechanical Project Manager
The Senior Mechanical Project Manager will oversee and manage mechanical engineering projects from inception to completion, ensuring all project objectives are met within budget and on time. This role requires strong leadership skills and a deep understanding of mechanical systems, particularly in plumbing, to guide project teams effectively.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage mechanical engineering projects, ensuring adherence to project timelines and budgets.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including design, engineering, and construction, to ensure project success.
Develop project plans, including scope, schedule, and resource allocation.
Conduct regular project meetings to monitor progress and address any issues that arise.
Ensure compliance with industry standards and safety regulations in all project phases.
Review and approve project documentation, including design specifications and contract agreements.
Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
Qualifications
Bachelor\'s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
Minimum of 7 years of experience in mechanical project management, with a focus on plumbing systems.
Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale engineering projects.
Strong knowledge of mechanical systems design and implementation.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus.
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
