Job Description

Seasonal Commitment
Full‑time seasonal contract: 13 weeks of productive time (first week is orientation and excluded from the weekly requirement).
Weekly requirement: three 12‑hour shifts or five 8‑hour shifts.
$1,500 completion bonus for meeting the minimum productive time.
Seasonal rate of $51 per shift; eligible for shift differentials: $3.50 evenings, $5 nights, and $6 weekends (stackable).
Rotating weekend shifts, first week Monday‑Friday orientation.
After contract completion, potential conversion to regular full‑time, part‑time, or PRN role.
Contractual employee – you become a Baylor employee during the assignment.
Qualifications
Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
Registered Nurse (RN) license with a minimum of one year of experience.
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required within 30 days of hire.
Cardiovascular PCU Opportunities Patient population: advanced heart failure, left ventricular assist devices, peritoneal dialysis, and cardiac surgical patients (CABG, valves and PCI).
Patient ratio: 1:3.
Department specifics: 34 beds; supportive management team with a culture conducive to learning.

27.9 %. First heart transplant performed in 1986; more than one thousand transplants completed in 36 years.
Open status: Full Time. Open shifts: 7:00 pm – 7:00 am nights.
