Director of Project Management (Electrical Power Equipment)

As a Director of Project Management (Electrical Power Equipment), you'll be at the forefront of innovation and collaboration, working across departments to ensure projects are on time and within budget. Key Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field, OR equivalent experience in skilled trades.
Mission Critical / transformer / switchgear electrical power distribution system experience (transformers, generators, switchgear, UPS, PDU, transfer switches IE ATS/STS).
At least five years of experience in MEP or Electrical Power design, construction, or maintenance, with a strong electrical focus. Hyperscale Data Center experience strongly preferred.
Proficiency in understanding mission‑critical electrical power distribution systems and mechanical systems.
Hyperscale data center construction experience is a plus.
Strong problem‑solving skills to resolve technical and project‑related issues effectively.
Advanced Microsoft Office skills, including Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects in a fast‑paced, matrix environment.
Ability to foster a positive and collaborative team atmosphere while maintaining discretion and confidentiality.
Supervisory Responsibilities
Directly supervise up to 5 team members, providing consistent feedback and support.
Lead, coach, and develop junior teams and ensure policy compliance in partnership with HR.
Identify training needs and work to address them collaboratively.
