WillisCC is a thriving private group practice seeking energetic therapists, social workers, and psychologists to join our expanding team. Licenses accepted: LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, Licensed Psychologists, as well as LBSW / LSW (eligible for full license within 3–4 months). Some shifts will be via video telehealth, others in‑person at our studios.
We are eager to find clinicians who want to grow and develop in a supportive environment that prioritizes evidence‑based treatment modalities. If you want to break into private practice and need a group to coach you on the business side, we’re here for you.
Ideal candidates work well in a team, seek specialization, and desire increased exposure. Our perinatal team is looking for a member with experience in perinatal and postpartum support for new families.

Provide behavioral health services to a clinically diverse, “working‑well” client population and their families or significant others. Conduct individual, family therapy, diagnostic assessments, treatment planning, and evidence‑based skills training for primary care clients. Participate in weekly group consultations, trainings, staff development, and interdisciplinary collaboration to create new clinical programming. Qualifications
