About the Role:
ICL is seeking compassionate and culturally competent Licensed Fee-For-Service Therapists to provide clinical interventions to children and adults in a hybrid setting—both in‑person at our clinics and virtually. As part of a collaborative therapeutic team, you’ll work closely with medical, psychiatric, and clinical staff to deliver high‑quality care tailored to each client’s needs.

Pay: $60 per hour for Limited permit MSW, MHC, MFT, CAT; $66.66 per hour for LMSW, LMHC, LMFT, LCAT; $72.22 per hour LCSW.
Pay or shift range: $60 USD to $72 USD. The estimated range is the budgeted amount for this position. Final offers are based on various factors, including skill set, experience, location, qualifications and other job‑related reasons.
Qualifications:
Must hold one of the following New York State licenses: LMSW, LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, or LCAT
Completion of clinical internship(s) during master’s program
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Demonstrated cultural competency and sensitivity
Fluency in Spanish or Russian is a plus
