Base pay range $145,000.00/yr - $175,000.00/yr Additional compensation types Annual Bonus Direct message the job poster from hirewell About the job We are partnering on a high impact GTM Recruiter role reporting directly to the Head of GTM of a fast growing software development firm. This person will be responsible for full-life cycle recruiting across sales, marketing and customer success. We're looking for someone who will own recruiting strategy, execution and closing for the revenue organization during a period of rapid growth. A background in early-stage or Series A/B startups is ideal, along with deep experience in GTM hiring efforts in high‑growth organizations. Why this role matters Being the first dedicated GTM Recruiter, you will work closely with founders and senior GTM leadership, having the ability to scale the revenue organization alongside the growth of the company. You will have the opportunity to build and own GTM recruiting from the ground floor. What you’ll do: Full-cycle GTM recruiting from sourcing through close Partner directly with GTM leadership Own pipelines for current and future GTM roles Drive offer strategy, compensation benchmarking, and close rates Build foundational recruiting processes for the revenue org Must Haves: 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting with a heavy focus on GTM roles Proven ability to close difficult candidates and meet aggressive hiring goals Deep understanding of sales roles, quota structures, OTE, and GTM performance indicators Experience recruiting in B2B SaaS, developer tools, or early‑stage startups Strong data-driven mindset with clear recruiting metrics and pipeline discipline This is a hands‑on, high visibility opportunity offering a strong base salary, bonus & equity potential, professional growth and excellent benefits.
