Role Overview Intalex is partnered with a well‑funded AI healthtech SaaS startup in San Francisco that is looking for a Founding Recruiter to build their talent function from the ground up.
Responsibilities Post–Series A AI / SaaS startup focused on automating critical workflows for healthcare provider groups
Product already live with multi‑site provider groups and delivering strong ROI case studies
Founding Recruiter owning full‑cycle hiring for senior/staff engineers and key GTM/ops roles
Build the entire recruiting engine: process, interview design, reporting, and talent brand from scratch
Future responsibility to oversee an ops recruiter for high‑volume hiring, while staying hands‑on with strategic searches
$150k–$200k base + meaningful equity (salary is flexible on all roles we recruit)
An in‑house recruiter who’s closed senior/staff engineers into early‑stage or growth‑stage startups
✅ Someone who genuinely enjoys being very hands‑on with sourcing and full‑cycle recruiting, not just managing a big team

Qualifications Stand‑out candidates with 3+ years of in‑house recruiting experience (not including agency), including closing senior/staff software engineers into early‑stage or growth‑stage SaaS startups and owning full‑cycle recruiting (from sourcing to offer)
