Ascension Search Partners has partnered with a well-established, global publicly traded company to find an Accounting Manager to oversee financial reporting, internal controls, and technical accounting for a large business unit. What You’ll Do: Lead monthly and quarterly financial statements and ensure GAAP compliance. Act as the go-to expert for complex accounting and reporting issues. Maintain internal controls and SOX compliance, protecting company assets. Partner with Operations, FP&A, and leadership to drive financial performance and support strategic decisions. What You Bring: 7+ years in accounting/financial reporting with management experience. Bachelor’s in Accounting/Finance; CPA, CMA, or CA preferred. Expertise in GAAP, manufacturing accounting, and SAP or ERP systems. Strong communication, problem-solving, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
