Join Our Team as a Neonatologist in Henderson, NV
Dignity Health St. Rose Dominican Hospitals is seeking a BC/BE Neonatologist to join a dynamic, team-oriented group providing exceptional care in a state-of-the-art Level II and Level III NICU environment in the beautiful and family-friendly Henderson, Nevada community.
Job Responsibilities:- Provide high-quality clinical care to newborns in a 26-bed Level III NICU at the Siena Campus and a 6-bed Level II NICU at the San Martin Campus.
- Utilize advanced neonatal technologies including body cooling, jet ventilation, oscillators, and inhaled nitric oxide (iNO).
- Collaborate closely with pediatric subspecialists such as pediatric surgery, maternal-fetal medicine, and OB hospitalists to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Lead and participate in teaching initiatives and quality improvement projects.
- Work alongside a highly skilled nursing team and ancillary staff in a supportive, collegial environment.
- Engage in flexible scheduling designed to promote a healthy work/life balance.
- Serve a rapidly growing, vibrant community offering outstanding lifestyle and recreational opportunities.
- Board Certified (BC) or Board Eligible (BE) in Neonatal-Perinatal Medicine.
- Clean malpractice and license history is highly preferred.
- Experience level is open to both experienced neonatologists and recent graduates who meet certification requirements.
- Willingness to relocate if not already living in the area.
- Valid NV medical license or willingness to obtain one.
- Certification in Neonatology or Neonatal-Perinatal Medicine is required.
