Location: Bethesda, MD
Department: Walter Reed National Military Medical Center
Period of Performance: Ongoing
Start Date: ASAP
Salary: $33.55 per hour + additional $4.93 per hour health & welfare benefit = $38.48 per hour
Clearance Requirement: National Agency Check
Responsibilities
- Support the command personnel security program, including the preparation of background checks.
- Maintain a high level of detail and professional demeanor when dealing with staff and customers.
- Complete tasks independently and manage time effectively.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience with management processes within Human Resources and Personnel Security.
- High School Diploma, Associate Degree or higher.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to qualify for access to Government Information Systems containing critical sensitive and Privacy Act data.
- Experience with e-App/e-QIP, processing of security clearances, and DISS preferred.
