Job Description Location: Bethesda, MD
Department: Walter Reed National Military Medical Center
Period of Performance: Ongoing
Start Date: ASAP
Salary: $33.55 per hour + additional $4.93 per hour health & welfare benefit = $38.48 per hour
Clearance Requirement: National Agency Check
Responsibilities
Support the command personnel security program, including the preparation of background checks.
Maintain a high level of detail and professional demeanor when dealing with staff and customers.
Complete tasks independently and manage time effectively.
Qualifications
Minimum 2-3 years of experience with management processes within Human Resources and Personnel Security.
High School Diploma, Associate Degree or higher.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to qualify for access to Government Information Systems containing critical sensitive and Privacy Act data.
Experience with e-App/e-QIP, processing of security clearances, and DISS preferred.
Benefits Onsite (five days a week). No remote or telework.
