Job Description
We are seeking a candidate with advanced knowledge and experience in the following areas:
- Java/J2EE
- Translating business requirements into an application architecture
- Test Driven Development (TDD)
- Java Frameworks (e.g. Spring, MVC, Struts, Hibernate)
- XML
- JSON
- Subversion or equivalent source code control system
- Developing and consuming web services (JAXWS, JAXRPC, REST)
- Developing web-based applications using JavaScript, jQuery, Bootstrap, CSS3, and HTML5
- Rapid prototyping and agile environment
- Testing strategies for websites and applications
- Evaluating and integrating tools and components into current systems
- Collaborating with project managers, functional subject matter experts, and business IT application managers to define and execute on application changes
- Enterprise level website and application projects (Analysis, execution, quality, implementation)
