SharePoint Developer/Knowledge Manager – CACI International Inc
Location: Doral, FL (100% onsite). Type: Full‑time. Clearance: Secret. Travel: up to 10% (Continental US).
We are looking for an experienced SharePoint Developer and Knowledge Manager to support US Southern Command. You will develop, test, migrate, document, maintain, and operate SharePoint and related services for the Unified Combatant Command.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain responsive user interfaces using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Power Apps, and custom front‑end solutions.
- Design and deploy Power Automate flows for business process automation, approvals, notifications, and data manipulation.
- Utilize JSON formatting and schema definitions for custom SharePoint columns, adaptive cards, and API integrations.
- Integrate and consume REST and Microsoft Graph APIs to connect with external and Microsoft 365 services.
- Design and execute SharePoint search queries (KQL) for dynamic data retrieval and document search experiences.
- Extend Power Platform capabilities through custom connectors and embedded JavaScript.
- Model data relationships using Dataverse and SharePoint lists to ensure optimal performance.
- Provide data administration support: input, modification, deletion, analysis, and document management in line with government policies.
- Implement and manage knowledge systems (SharePoint, Office 365) to support organizational information needs.
- Lead SharePoint and Office 365 expertise, offering integrated collaboration solutions.
- Analyze business processes, recommend and implement effective knowledge‑management tools and methodologies.
- Administer and maintain the SharePoint environment, including user permissions, content management, and site customization.
- Develop and deploy SPFx Web Parts and extensions for modern SharePoint experiences.
- Ensure compliance with information‑assurance policies and perform regular audits.
- Offer end‑user training and Tier‑1 support for KM tools.
- Continuously review and enhance knowledge‑management practices.
Qualifications – Required
- Bachelor’s degree plus 3 years of specialized experience, or Associate degree plus 7 years, or 7 years with a major certification, or more than 11 years of experience.
- Current Secret‑level clearance.
- Senior/high competence in Microsoft Office 365 for managing KM systems.
Desired – Additional qualifications
- Experience deploying SPFx solutions and integrating with Microsoft Teams.
- Working knowledge of Azure services (Functions, Logic Apps, AD B2C/B2B).
- Knowledge of SharePoint migration from on‑premises to SharePoint Online.
- Understanding of Microsoft 365 compliance and governance (DLP, sensitive labels, retention policies).
- Familiarity with modern search web parts and open‑source community tools.
- Experience supporting Operational Planning Teams (OPTs) or similar DoD/IC projects.
- Microsoft certifications such as MS‑600, PL‑400 or Microsoft 365 Certified Developer Associate.

Pay Range: $75,200 – $158,100. Salary influenced by location, contract, experience, skills, education, and certifications.
