Senior Staff Accountant: Support cost accounting activities and partner with leadership on key analyses Handle treasury functions including cash tracking and bank reconciliations Manage fixed asset additions, disposals, and monthly depreciation schedules Assist with inventory variance analysis in collaboration with operations, including reviewing subledgers Prepare and review balance sheet reconciliations and supporting schedules Execute month-end close tasks, including journal entries, accruals, amortizations, and prepaids Maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with internal controls Partner with cross-functional teams for process improvements and reporting needs Senior Staff Accountant Qualifications: Minimum 5 years of progressive accounting experience Experience with cost accounting, inventory, or manufacturing environments preferred Proficient in general ledger reconciliations and month-end close
