Key Responsibilities (Finance Manager): Finance director Lead and manage all accounting functions including AP/AR, payroll, cash flow management, reconciliations, financial reporting, and record-keeping Ensure strong internal controls, compliance with GAAP, and accurate financial systems and procedures Oversee month-end and year-end close processes, maintaining strict and timely reporting schedules Monitor all financial transactions and continuously improve accounting standards and controls
Qualifications (Finance Manager): Finance director Bachelor's degree in Accounting or finance preferred Minimum 5 years of experience in finance or accounting preferred
