Senior Accountant - Opportunity to Move from Audit/Assurance to Industry

Transition from public accounting into a strategic industry role. Gain exposure to full-cycle accounting, FP&A, and operational finance. Work closely with senior leadership and contribute to high-impact projects.
What You'll Do
Own month-end close for multiple business units, including journal entries, accruals, and reconciliations. Prepare and analyze financial statements in accordance with GAAP. Deliver variance analysis against budget, forecast, and prior year. Support budgeting, forecasting, and capital project tracking. Assist with external audits and internal reporting requirements. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and help standardize processes.
What We're Looking For
CPA required
with a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. 3+ years in public accounting
(Big 4 or next-tier firm preferred). Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Microsoft Excel. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities. Excellent communication skills and a proactive mindset.
Preferred Skills
Experience drafting SOPs and improving processes. Exposure to FP&A or operational finance is a plus.
