Senior Accountant

to join our growing finance team. This role is ideal for a proactive professional who thrives in a dynamic, multi-entity environment and enjoys taking ownership of complex accounting processes. The Senior Accountant will be responsible for full-cycle accounting, multi-entity consolidations, balance sheet reconciliations, and month-end close activities, ensuring the integrity and accuracy of financial reporting. You'll play a key role in supporting process improvements, strengthening internal controls, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive efficiency and consistency across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

Accounting Operations & Reporting Manage full-cycle accounting for multiple entities, ensuring timely and accurate financial results.

Prepare and review journal entries, account reconciliations, and month-end close schedules.

Perform complex balance sheet reconciliations and resolve discrepancies promptly.

Support intercompany transactions, eliminations, and reconciliations across entities.

Assist in the preparation of consolidated financial statements and related reporting packages.

Compliance & Process Improvement Ensure all accounting activities are compliant with GAAP and internal control standards.

Collaborate with the Controller to enhance accounting policies, procedures, and internal controls.

Identify opportunities for automation and process improvements to streamline accounting workflows.

Provide audit support and respond to inquiries from internal and external auditors.

Cross-Functional Collaboration Partner with Finance, Operations, and other departments to ensure accurate data flow and financial reporting.

Contribute to strategic projects and continuous improvement initiatives that strengthen the finance function.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field;

CPA or CPA track preferred .

5+ years of progressive accounting experience , including experience with

multi-entity organizations .

Strong understanding of

GAAP

and accounting principles.

Hands-on experience with

month-end close ,

balance sheet reconciliations , and

journal entries .

Proficiency in accounting software (NetSuite, QuickBooks, or similar) and

advanced Excel skills .

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.

Preferred Experience: Experience with

consolidated financial statements .

Prior exposure to

public accounting

or

multi-entity accounting environments .

Familiarity with

process improvement

and

workflow automation tools .
