About The Role

We’re hiring a Revenue Operations Lead to own and scale the systems, processes, and data that power our GTM engine. You’ll work directly with teams across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to improve funnel performance, automate workflows, and deliver actionable insights. Your goal will be to set up an exceptional RevOps function that owns pricing, comp design, lead routing, capacity planning, and operational excellence.

What You’ll Do

  • Own end-to-end GTM systems: HubSpot, dashboards, lead routing, attribution, and automation
  • Build and maintain core reporting across the funnel: inbound → closed won → expansion
  • Support AE/SDR performance tracking, quota models, and commission structures
  • Partner with Marketing on campaign tracking and lead quality analytics
  • Work with Customer Success on renewals, expansion tracking, and NRR metrics
  • Build scalable processes and documentation as we scale to 10x the GTM team
  • Partner with the VP Sales + CEO on key dashboard and KPI tracking

You’re a Fit If You…

  • Have 3+ years of experience in RevOps, BizOps, GTM Strategy (SaaS strongly preferred)
  • Have worked closely with Sales, Marketing, and CS teams, and know how to speak their language
  • Comfortable with HubSpot (or Salesforce), spreadsheets, and analytics tools
  • Are structured, data-driven, and fast-moving
  • Thrive in early-stage environments where you can build from scratch and move quickly
  • Are based in SF or open to relocating (in‑office 5 days/week)

Nice to Have

  • Experience in B2B SaaS, recruiting tech, or AI
  • Familiarity with tools like Unify, Gong, PostHog, Clay, Apollo, Customer.io
  • Exposure to pricing, packaging, or sales compensation design
  • Previous experience as a first or founding RevOps hire
