Dental Office Supervisor , you’ll be an essential part of our integrated care team, ensuring efficient, welcoming experiences for patients and supporting front office staff across our dental clinics.

Key Responsibilities Lead and support front desk operations to ensure efficiency, accuracy, and an excellent customer experience Supervise Customer Relations Specialists, provide coaching, conduct performance evaluations, and assist with staff scheduling Ensure adherence to protocols, maintain a goal-oriented work environment, and collaborate with the Regional Office Manager on staffing and onboarding Support financial accuracy by verifying payment posting, reviewing batches, completing deposits, and preparing reports Serve as the first point of contact for resolving escalated patient concerns and operational issues Review sliding fee paperwork and ensure appropriate processes are followed Provide backup coverage when needed, including phones, scheduling, registration, collecting co-pays, and verifying patient paperwork and insurance Monitor office efficiency and patient flow, providing updates and recommendations to the Regional Office Manager Maintain confidentiality, follow HIPAA guidelines, and participate in required meetings and trainings Travel to additional locations to support operations as needed Oversee timecard management, performance development/AIM processes, and progress toward departmental goals

Education, Requirements, Skills, Knowledge and Expertise High School/GED required

QUALIFICATION(S): WORK EXPERIENCE/TRAINING/ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS • At least two (2) years experience as a front office staff member in a medical, behavioral, or administrative setting preferred • Supervisory experience preferred • Experience with a multi-line phone system and professional phone skills preferred • Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite preferred • A valid, unrestricted driver's license and agency established minimum automobile coverage required
