Key Responsibilities of the Corporate Accountant
Support month-end close, including journal entries, reconciliations, and financial reporting
Maintain and analyze general ledger activity in compliance with government regulations
Assist with cost accounting, indirect rates, and contract-related reporting
Prepare and review balance sheet reconciliations and variance analyses
Partner with finance and operations to ensure accurate project and cost tracking
Qualifications for the Corporate Accountant
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
Experience working with Deltek Costpoint in a government or contract-based environment
Strong understanding of GAAP and government accounting principles
