$80,000 - $110,000 Overview: A manufacturing company in Hudson, Colorado is seeking a detail-oriented Fixed Asset & ROI Analyst to manage fixed assets and evaluate investment returns. This role is ideal for someone with strong accounting or finance expertise who enjoys cross-departmental collaboration and ensuring accurate financial reporting across multiple locations. Key Responsibilities of Fixed Asset & ROI Analyst: Manage fixed asset tracking, including purchases, disposals, and depreciation.

Collaborate with equipment maintenance and operations teams to ensure accurate asset tracking.

Prepare and analyze ROI for equipment investments, validating projected returns and tracking actual performance.

Maintain property reports for local entities and assess personal property tax implications.

Develop and maintain tracking systems and processes to improve fixed asset management and reporting accuracy.

Cross-train and provide coverage for related functions as needed.

Qualifications of Fixed Asset & ROI Analyst: Accounting, finance, or related degree; science or engineering background considered.

Strong fixed asset accounting experience, including depreciation, disposal, and property tax considerations.

Experience performing ROI analysis and investment tracking.

Proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables, macros) and Google Sheets; ability to work with normalized data.

Strong organizational and analytical skills.

Ability to build trust and collaborate with multiple departments across locations.

Preferred for Fixed Asset & ROI Analyst: Experience with FloQast or other accounting close software.

Experience in a manufacturing or multi-location environment.

Knowledge of Zoho Books is a plus.

Personality Fit: Detail-oriented, collaborative, and process-driven.

Able to communicate insights effectively without being overbearing.
