Located in a great area in Western Massachusetts Dedicated leadership and this company is top in their industry There is room for professional growth for the Accounting Manager within the department Walking distance to many restaurants and stores Responsibilities of the Accounts Payable Specialist: Drive end-to-end processing, matching, and resolution to support on-time vendor payments The Accounts Payable Specialist will reconcile vendor statements, manage aged payables, and maintain vendor relationships The Accounts Payable Specialist will support process improvement Assist the Controller with ad hoc accounting projects Preferred Qualifications of the Accounts Payable Specialist: Strong understanding of Accounts Payable Prior experience in the Manufacturing industry is highly preferred Intermediate knowledge of Excel, including VLOOKUPs and pivot tables Salary range is $50,000-60,000
