Responsibilities of the Accounts Payable Specialist The Accounts Payable Specialist will enter and process vendor invoices Assist with weekly payment runs and reconciliation of vendor accounts The Accounts Payable Specialist will resolve discrepancies and communicate with suppliers Support the accounting team with general AP tasks and month-end activities Preferred Qualifications of the Accounts Payable Specialist The Accounts Payable Specialist should have intermediate Excel skills, including VLOOKUPs and pivot tables Prior experience in a manufacturing environment is highly preferred Salary: $52-60k
