Senior Tax Accountant - corportate Responsibilities: • Prepare and review federal, state, and local tax returns for multiple real estate partnerships and entities • Maintain partnership allocations, capital accounts, and K-1 reporting • Assist with quarterly and annual tax provisions, extensions, and estimated payments • Coordinate with external tax advisors to ensure compliance and timely filings • Research and interpret new tax laws impacting real estate transactions and ownership structures• Senior Tax Accountant - corporate Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA or Master's in Tax preferred • 3+ years of progressive tax experience in public accounting or a corporate real estate environment • Strong technical knowledge of partnership taxation and multi-entity structures • Experience in real estate development, investment, or construction industries preferred • Proficiency with tax preparation and research software (CCH, OneSource, or similar)
